Greenleaf Farms Development is a residential home builder located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Greenleaf and its affiliates have been building fine custom homes, and sub-divisions in Central Massachusetts for over 30 years. During that time, we have developed more than 20 residential neighborhoods and built more than 300 homes. We keep abreast of the latest in building trends and materials by participating in national building conferences. Our work has been featured in HOME: The Magazine of Remodeling and Decorating.

Greenleaf Farms has built on some of the most desirable land and in towns located between I-495 and Worcester, Massachusetts: Shrewsbury, Grafton, Boylston, Northborough and Stow. We have also constructed several commercial properties. The most recent property being an 11,000 square foot office/commercial building in Shrewsbury.
